Context

IAAHTB works with international accreditation of health education programs and needed to serve both its public audience and internal operation.

The solution had to communicate institutional authority while supporting accreditation workflows, content publishing, and different access levels.

I was responsible for product, UX/UI, architecture, frontend, backend, feature modeling, and bringing the experience to production.

I designed a clear, trustworthy public experience connected to an internal environment for managing accreditations, content, users, and permissions.

The solution brought public-facing authority and the tools needed for internal operations into the same ecosystem.
